The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to ski lifts and the city center. The spa facilities were a nice bonus, especially after a day on the slopes.

The rooms were small and cramped. The decor was outdated and unappealing.

Lovely warm room, great bar area, lovely spa facilities but pool bit on cold side. Very friendly check in by one particular staff member, excellent helpful and friendly guy.

We booked one double and two single rooms with a child with us.Rooms size were good. Hotel staff were always smiling and very cooperative. The ladies at the breakfast was always happly ready to serve. Location was also excellent. It is nice place for couples and equally for family stay.

Good location near city centre. Clean and very nice decorated. Christmas decoration was very nice. Nice staff. Perfect spa zone. Food was good. Friendly kitchen staff. Central location. Nice view from 3rd floor. Highly recommended for big families.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is near the city centre. The staff were very nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spa zone was perfect and offered great relaxation.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

*The room i re* The room I requested was with Lakeview and the one I got is not as the hotel has no Lakeview balcony and the hotel is not on the beach of Zell am see as I thought. * The room was very very small and it's hard to put our Bags in the room and move around it as the room was very tiny. * Bedsheet were smelly

Staff very frindely and helpfull

The weather was very hote and no ac in the room we could sleep good also my child was anoyed . also no room service like order food

The hotel had a modern and cool decor, which was a nice change. The location was also great, with only a 10-minute walk to the ski lifts and a 5-minute walk to the center of town. there was a petrol station nearby where we could easily pick up essentials like water. These were the only aspects of our stay at this hotel that we actually enjoyed.

Our stay at this hotel was not a good experience. The rooms were small and dirty, with bed sheets that were only changed once a week.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with a 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The breakfast had a wide selection of fresh fruit, cereals, and cooked items. The hotel also had a spa with a pool, sauna, and steam room for relaxation.

The check-in time was quite late in the afternoon, which was a bit inconvenient for early arrivals.

As it is not 5 star hotel but the staff ,cleanness and the facilities of the hotel were perfect , although the location near the Zell am see lake and 10 min( by walk ). Away from the train station and 3 min( by walk ). From bus station.
